No deals for duo
Alan Pardew has confirmed that Charlton will not be making permanent moves for Paulo Monteiro or Dorian Smith after the duo's short-term contracts expired.

Charlton boosted their defensive options with the capture of Portuguese centre-half Monteiro on a free transfer in early February.
Monteiro, who has played alongside Addicks midfielder Jose Semedo for Portugal's U21 side, was a free agent having been released by Romanian outfit Farul Constanta.
The 23-year-old played several games for Charlton's reserves last term after signing a contract until the end of the season.
Monteiro started his career at Sporting Braga, prior to the appointment of ex-Addicks loan recruit Jorge Costa as manager. The defender appeared for Braga's 'B' team in the Second Division before making his debut for the Portuguese top-flight outfit.
He later played for French club Istres before joining Romanian side Farul, but although Monteiro had a contract until the end of the season, he asked to leave because he felt the league wasn't competitive enough.
Midfielder Smith, meanwhile, joined the Addicks from non-League outfit Tooting & Mitcham on February 29th after impressing Pardew during a two-week trial at Charlton's Sparrows Lane training ground.
Smith, 20, was loaned back to the Ryman Isthmian League One South outfit until the end of the campaign but continued to train with the Addicks during the week and also featured for Mark Kinsella's second string.
However, with a tight transfer budget to work with this term, Pardew has opted not to keep the duo at The Valley on a long-term basis.
The Addicks boss told the official website: "I just didn't think they were going to feature in our first team this season. It's a tough budget for us this year and I couldn't afford to take on anyone who I didn't feel could play in the first team."
Elsewhere, Greg Halford, who scored two goals in 16 appearances for the Addicks after arriving on loan from Sunderland in the January transfer window, has joined Charlton's Championship rivals Sheffield United on a temporary basis.
The 23-year-old right-back - a former Colchester United and Reading player - has moved to Bramall Lane on a six-month loan deal.
