Marton Fulop, the Sunderland goalkeeper, has said that he is
interested in a move to Premier League newcomers Stoke City.
Fulop, who has had to play second fiddle to Craig Gordon at the
Stadium of Light, is being targeted by the Potters.
And the Hungarian is optimistic a deal can be done. He said:
"I can confirm that Stoke City want to sign me and the talks
are going well.
"If everything goes well then my future will be decided in
the next two weeks. I do want to leave Sunderland in order to have
first-team football.
"We still haven't talked about my Stoke contract as
first the two clubs should agree on me. But I'm very
optimistic."
