Charlton have been handed an allocation of 900 seats for the clash at the Withdean Stadium, which takes place on Saturday, July 26th (3pm).

The tickets - priced £12 adults, £10 over 60s and £6 U16s - will be available to purchase from the Valley commercial centre, Valley Superstore or Bexleyheath retail outlet, or by calling 0871 226 1905.

Fans should note that as Brighton do not have offices at the Withdean, the game is all ticket and no seats will be on sale on the day of the game.

The match against the Seagulls will be Micky Adams' first home game in charge of Brighton since he returned to the club as manager in May.

Therry Racon, if selected for Charlton, will also be returning to the Withdean for the first time since an impressive one-month loan with the Seagulls towards the end of last season, when he made eight first-team starts.

Non-League neighbours Welling United will form the opposition when Charlton kick off their pre-season campaign on Wednesday, July 9th (7.45pm). A day before the Welling game, a CAFC XI takes on Bromley on Tuesday, July 8th (7.45pm).

The Charlton first-team squad is likely to be split on Saturday, July 12th (3pm), with games scheduled against both Ebbsfleet United and Braintree Town.

A CAFC XI play newly promoted Dartford at the sparkling Princes Park venue on Tuesday, July 15th (7.45pm), before a game with Dover Athletic on Tuesday, July 22nd (7.30pm).

The first-team squad could again be split on the day of the Brighton game, with a CAFC XI playing at Grays Athletic at 3pm.

After a scheduled training camp in Spain and the Brighton game, Charlton travel to Dulwich Hamlet on Wednesday, July 30th (7.45pm), as part of the deal that saw Chris Dickson move to SE7.

Charlton are set to wrap up their pre-season campaign in SE7 with an attractive home match on August 2nd (3pm) - a week before the new season starts. A CAFC XI takes on Aldershot Town on the same day.
